Drive Through On A Zebra Crossing
Location: "Whiteladies Road, Bristol"
Incident: "The cyclist is taking their child to school on a tagalong -they have stopped and dismounted on the traffic island and are then walking, with the bicycle, over to the traffic lights to negotiate Whiteladies Road safely, again on foot. However, the car coming down Whiteladies Road, doesn't want to stop for the bicycle + tagalong occupying half the crossing, and tries to drive through, forcing the cycling parent to explain the concept of zebra crossings to a driver who seems somewhat annoyed at being held up and told off."

I’d have been a lot more confrontational than that – well done for keeping your calm.
-trying to avoid the sprog from learning too many insults. I don’t take down wing mirrors of cars that approach too close either, not until he can distinguish french, italian and german cars and choose the appropriate tactic for each vehicle.
